Life Transition & Anxiety Counseling

You don’t have to get “over” it. I’ll help you work through it.

Does it feel like you’re doing everything you’re “supposed” to do, but nothing seems to give you the relief you’re looking for?

When life changes, it’s normal to feel anxious. (No one really likes change, right?) But when that anxiety starts to impact your peace of mind, causes you to question yourself and your decisions, or stirs up a genuine fear about the future … then it can start to feel truly overwhelming.

You’re not a burden. And you’re not broken.

Anxiety counseling can offer you a place to talk about these things freely, to explore what the heck you’re actually feeling, and to identify where that anxiety lives in your body (and how to process the fears of feeling out of control of those responses).

When we get to know ourselves better, everything changes.

Anxiety often causes us to feel stuck because we can’t put a finger on why — why do I always think or act like this? Why can’t I seem to fix these things? What’s really behind this?

Therapy is about digging into these questions in order to give you a better understanding of yourself. Because while you can’t always change the way life looks or the challenges you’re faced with, you can change the way you view and respond to them.
